About Me

Christopher MacDonald is a certified group fitness and personal training coach, bringing a strong understanding of functional movement, conditioning, and body mechanics. Christopher has also trained in Kobang Qi Gong, earning the ability to both practice and teach the discipline. Outside of his professional pursuits, he is passionate about singing and music, which continue to be central creative outlets in his life.
